Where can you attend to receive professional counselling support?
My counsellor rooms are based in Booral, Hervey Bay and are in easy reach on the Fraser Coast, you can find a map here, where the consultation room is comfortable, well appointed, private, with en-suite amenities and facilities for chilled water or a hot drink always available.
Home or Office visits are also available to Harvey Bay and surrounding areas from Maryborough through Urangan. If you are unable to travel, perhaps tied down with children, or would simply like the comfort and security of your own surroundings to explore, then this counselling option is for you!
Phone counselling and Online Counselling and Psychotherapy are also an available counselling resource for you. You can call me to chat or make a booking Ph 0400 606 321. Connecting by phone or video by Skype or Zoom is just as effective as face-to-face consultations, and perhaps even more so as you can record the session to review what occurs in your Hobart counselling session later and refresh your awareness!

What does counselling and therapy cost and how long are the sessions?
A counselling therapeutic engagement can last as long as you like but generally take 90 minutes. If you feel you need more time simply book two sessions, (you will only pay for one).

I offer a comprehensive range of service because every person and every session is different and requires different specialist approaches and strategies.
In general all counselling and therapy arises from the one core need, which is lack or loss of love, loss of peace, no calmness or connection in your life. This loss can occur from a wide variety of personal triggers and requires an equally wide variety of strategies and coping methods to resolve and restore love, peace and joy back into your life.
When this connection to love and peace is restored it feels like a miracle has occurred, a miracle that you deserve!
Loss of love, peace and interpersonal connection will result in anxiety, nervousness, depression, frustration, anger, loneliness, grief and sadness for sure, and this is just the short list!
Likewise the restoration of self-love restores peace, calmness, patience, togetherness, harmony, happiness and joy, so this will be our main focus while keeping in mind your special goals and where you want to be.
