How was this course helpful to you? In what ways?
Yes, most definitely.This is my first sincere and consistent effort at meditation and I am hooked.
I have done A Course in Miracles full lessons coming on for nearly 3 times, but I have never really consistently managed with meditation and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience of meditation through this course.

During this course I made a decision to become a better version of myself and I truly feel I am living up to the new things I believe about myself more and more.
I believe sincerely that everything we do and think comes from who we think we are and so what a perfect way to start a Ministerial training course than establishing our true identity. Everything that follows must come from this.
What were the most valuable things you gained in this course?
Meditation – connecting so deeply with myself.
I am a visual person, who loves colour and imagery and the meditations I experienced were just movies in colour. I had incredible out of body experiences at least twice and just have enjoyed the light feelings and the pictures in my mind.
This course has been a lovely reminder to keep thinking beautiful things about myself.
This course has been a reminder to me to let go of judgment of myself and others and to take things slowly and gently especially when life feels particularly difficult. Also, it is making me change my thoughts about myself and others.

I would like to be doing this more full / time. I wish work and life did not get in the way of this precious time spent studying ACIM with Holy Spirit by my side guiding my thinking and understanding.
What would you like to share with your facilitator?
My facilitator is awesome and I think him sincerely for his patience and tolerance.
It was a very special experience for me to listen to someone else repeat such nice things about me. It felt like compliments which in the past I might have shaken off or tried to shy away from…but these were received with reciprocal love and warmth.
