Which ever choice you have been using most in your life will be written onto your hard drive as an automatic setting.

Are you noticing more and more discomfort in your life? If so, I guarantee your programming is leaning towards fear!

These ‘preference’ functions occur ten times faster than you can think… It is impossible to change the setting ‘content’ as fear can only fear, fear can not love, and the speed with which default settings engage from your unconscious mind is far too great. You may not even notice the unconscious thinking that is written into the unconscious content, but you will notice the affect! Not nice!

 

It is, however, very possible to consciously begin to choose a more preferred setting if the one you have in place is not working for you and creating discomfort, and with time, rewrite your default settings. What ever you focus on will increase in your life.

 

How to Reprogram Your Default Settings:

 

Step 1: Notice the discomfort or feeling of unease within you.

 

Step 2: Stop creating discomfort by stopping tour thoughts that are feeding it.

 

Step 3: Create comfort – think of, and visualize a more comfortable interpretation of what is occurring, or visualize a totally different occurrence.

 

Step 4: Respond from your new, more comfortable position.

 

As you continue to enable this process with every thought that creates discomfort within you, and replace those thoughts with more comfortable ones, you begin to write a new process. Eventually with persistence, determination, practice, and love, the new preference will become automatic. This new automatic process will overwrite the old process of fear, anxiety, depression, frustration etc. with a new process of comfort, love.

 

Here is the secret to a happy and fulfilling life:

 

♥ Rule No. 1: There is only love.

♥ Rule No. 2: If there is not love, see Rule No. 1.

 

Realistically then, we have only one choice…, and that choice is to see only love. Would being in a space of love-less-ness be a loving choice for ourselves? Of course not. 

 

We all want to be in a space of love and peace. How amazing is it to know that this is your choice? 

 

Others are always bringing behaviours that we disapprove of. They bring the behaviours...., we bring the disapproval, we bring the love-less-ness!

 

Meditation helps by increasing your ability to notice the discomfort or tension in your system before it gets out of hand and the automatic ‘ defenses’ become engaged. 

 

Connect to peace, acceptance, and joy, and you will see the world through a different filter!
