From the first connection by chat, email or phone we will begin to explore what is happening for you, what it is that brings you to counselling, and where we need to go next.

We might message and chat for a bit, then arrange a time for us to get together in person, or on video, or perhaps arrange for a weekly unlimited chat deal.

Followup sessions will guide you through the thousands of quality web pages that are insightful and proactive, creating intentionally designed experiences that guide you based on an intimate understanding of your situation and derived from years of advanced counselling experience.
